For as long as she can remember, Kathy Wittbrodt has been in love with northern Michigan.  In 1998, this successful downstate Realtor and her family packed their household and moved north to Elk Rapids, excited and eager to live the life we all dream of.

Immersing herself in the region’s culture and activities, Kathy soon made a name for herself as a champion of all things Elk Rapids.  When she opened her office downtown, her natural enthusiasm for the community, creative visions for living, and tireless dedication to matching clients with just the right place made her a favorite area real estate specialist.

Kathy has been a full time realtor since obtaining her license in 1989, as well as her Broker’s license when she opened her Elk Rapids office in 1998.  Kathy has also expanded her knowledge base with continued educational curriculum, earning designations such as the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute, GRI, II, and III), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specaialist).  Additionally, she was one of the first in the state of Michigan to earn her GREEN National Association of Realtors Designation, traveling to both Chicago and Sarasota for completion.

With extensive networking in the Realtor community, she is highly respected by her peers for her knowledge, experience, and cooperation.  Kathy always conducts herself and her business with the utmost in professional ethics, standards, and practices. In 2011, she was elected by her fellow Realtors to the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (TAAR) Board of Directors for the five-county area, and re-elected for a second term in 2014. In 2014 she was voted the Best Realtor in Antrim County in the Northern Express Reader's Choice.

Alice Wittbrodt Rubert grew up in the quaint town of Elk Rapids and has happily lived here for over 20 years. She attended Elk Rapids Schools and has a sincere fondness for the beautiful area in which she was raised. This fondness Alice possesses for Northern Michigan is what drives her passion to help others achieve their dreams of living here too. Alice attended Michigan State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Social Science-Health Studies. She was fortunate to travel the world after her completing her college experience and after extensively job shadowing several different professionals within the health care field. While still searching for the right career opportunity during her first year after college, Alice decided to assist her mom, Kathy Wittbrodt in her successful Real Estate office working as Kathy's secretary. During this time, Kathy noticed a genuine quality Alice possessed when interacting with her clients and Realtors in the immediate and surrounding areas. It became obvious to Kathy that Alice's genuine, out-going, positive and approachable daughter would no-doubt make a fantastic Realtor and become an incredible asset to the field.

Alice obtained her Realtors License in 2012 and quickly learned how amazing it felt to help clients achieve their real estate goal, whether purchasing their first home, forever home, up-north cottage, business location or helping them to sell a property. Alice has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and as a result of this, she takes advantage of every learning opportunity.

She constantly has a drive to be involved in her local community in several different aspects including having served on the Elk Rapids Downtown District Authority Sub Committee (generating ideas to help promote and continue growth within the community), coaching fifth and sixth grade girls basketball, and serving as a Board Member of the Friends of the Library for Elk Rapids District Library, just name a few.

Alice proudly holds the designations of Resort and Second Home Specialist and Seller Representative Specialist. She additionally is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Traverse Area Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors.
